As the winter sun glows softly and the year turns toward a new beginning, I-FLOW gathered all employees on February 7, 2026 to mark an important milestone. The annual review meeting, corporate training sessions, and appreciation dinner were held in one seamless program—bringing reflection, recognition, learning, and celebration together in one meaningful moment.
It was a day dedicated to looking back with gratitude, recognizing excellence, and moving forward with clarity and confidence, setting the tone for I-FLOW’s next stage of high-quality development.
The event officially opened with warm remarks from the host, followed by a keynote address from General Manager Mr. Owen, who expressed sincere appreciation for the commitment, resilience, and hard work shown by every I-FLOW employee throughout the year.
Departmental annual reports then followed in an orderly and focused manner. From market expansion and customer breakthroughs to precise production execution, from cross-functional collaboration to continuous R&D innovation, each team presented tangible achievements and clear progress. Though roles differed, one thing was consistent: everyone moved in the same direction, contributing their expertise and responsibility to build collective strength.
Subsequently, the company announced a new round of organizational and personnel appointments, aimed at refining responsibilities, energizing teams, and strengthening execution. This adjustment lays a solid organizational foundation for I-FLOW’s strategic goals in the coming years.

The annual awards ceremony brought the atmosphere to a high point. Both team honors and individual awards were presented, shining a spotlight on those who demonstrated responsibility, innovation, collaboration, and perseverance.

In his strategic address, Mr. Owen shared key insights into I-FLOW’s transformation journey and future direction. He emphasized that the company is transitioning from a traditional foreign-trade model toward a technology-driven, capability-centered enterprise.
The past year marked a critical turning point. I-FLOW completed multiple structural upgrades, including:
Rebuilding the sales organization and talent mechanisms
Establishing a dedicated purchasing department and supplier management system
Enhancing factory capacity and standardizing production management
Increasing R&D investment to accelerate core product development
Upgrading the quality control system
These initiatives have delivered visible results: record-high new business growth, successful cooperation with leading industry clients, improved production efficiency, and continuous optimization of key products.

The training segment featured Coach Li from the Physical Training Department of the Qingdao Naval Special Service Sanatorium, who delivered a practical session on health management.

Centered on the theme of scientific exercise and long-term well-being, the session combined physiological theory with hands-on demonstrations. Employees learned how to design suitable exercise plans, improve coordination, and build healthy habits—reinforcing the belief that physical strength is the foundation of sustainable performance.

Another highlight was the training session led by Teacher Bo, themed “Embracing Change, Empowering Growth.” Using a framework of cognitive upgrading, action breakthroughs, and results transformation, the session guided employees to approach change with clarity and confidence.

Through real cases, group discussions, and simulated workplace scenarios, participants learned how to manage emotional responses, improve communication, and collaborate across departments. Change, once perceived as pressure, was reframed as an opportunity for both personal and organizational growth.

As evening arrived, the appreciation banquet officially began at the Holiday Inn. More than a celebration, it was a moment of shared pride and emotional connection. Employees arrived dressed elegantly, signing in and capturing memories—each photo reflecting confidence, unity, and the spirit of I-FLOW.
The venue glowed with warmth and laughter. Performances lit up the stage, while exciting lucky draws brought surprise after surprise. Every round of applause and cheer echoed the company’s gratitude for its people and its expectations for the road ahead.
As the evening concluded, all employees gathered for a group photo—freezing a moment defined by trust, teamwork, and shared ambition.
