As the calendar year draws to a close and a new one begins, it’s not just a time to reflect on past achievements, but to rekindle the aspirations that will fuel future growth. Looking back on 2024, I-FLOW has faced challenges head-on, weathered adversity, and pressed forward with determination. This year marks a special milestone—our fifteenth anniversary—and, in the spirit of this achievement, the 2024 annual summary meeting was held on January 18. The meeting was a moment to reflect, celebrate accomplishments, and cast our vision for the future.
The annual meeting kicked off with a unified, energized display of corporate culture, as all I-FLOW employees stood tall, reciting our core values aloud. It was a powerful reminder that the very essence of Fuletong lies not just in our products and services, but in the collective strength of our culture—a bond that connects each individual and propels us toward greater heights.
Following this demonstration of unity, department heads took the stage to present comprehensive reports of their 2024 achievements, each one underscoring the collective effort and dedication that have driven our success:
Maritime Department: The department saw impressive growth in client purchase volumes, with the top ten customers increasing their commitment and initiating new projects. This success didn’t happen overnight; it’s the result of countless hours of hard work, strategic planning, and a dedication to forging long-term relationships with our partners.
Water Heating Industry Department: Sales in this sector grew by 27.27% year-on-year, driven by a combination of astute market analysis and targeted marketing campaigns. The team’s efforts to expand sales channels and deepen collaborations with key partners were crucial in securing this success.
Marketing Department: A series of major breakthroughs characterized the year for Marketing. From launching the HVAC and maritime websites to securing the registration of the Moeris brand, the department has made significant strides in establishing a strong brand presence. Additionally, the number of customer inquiries increased by 5% year-on-year, which speaks volumes about the growing recognition of our brand in the market.
Finance Department: The Finance Department has made significant improvements in integrating business and financial systems. Real-time data synchronization has streamlined decision-making and enhanced the overall efficiency of operations. Their ability to provide timely financial insights has been a critical asset in steering the company through a successful year.
R&D Department: Innovation is at the heart of Fuletong’s growth, and the R&D department has been instrumental in driving this forward. Production Team: The production team’s ability to meet the demands of the market was a testament to their dedication and efficiency. The team successfully managed the inspection, packaging, and shipment of various products, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Looking even further ahead, he introduced a five-year plan that aims to propel Fuletong to 500 million in sales by 2030.
