The 2024 First Half Summary Meeting Was Successfully Concluded

Time: 4-August 2024 | Source: I-FLOW| Share

The spring breeze is full of spring, and it is time to set sail and forge ahead. Unknowingly, the progress bar of 2024 has passed half. In order to comprehensively summarize the work in the first half of the year, continuously improve the quality of work, and improve and perfect oneself in review and planning, Qingdao I-FLOW Co., Ltd. successfully held a work summary meeting for the first half of 2024.

The first item of the meeting was that all employees recited the corporate philosophy, mission, vision and values.

At the meeting, the heads of various departments of the company summarized the work in the first half of 2024 one by one, sorted out the work results and highlights of each department in the past six months in detail, deeply analyzed the shortcomings in the work in the past six months, and made work plans and prospects for the work in the second half of the year.

The meeting pointed out: I-FLOW will grow from a company of more than 10 people to 50 people and hundreds of people. If you want to go steadily and for a long time, the core is people, it is to concentrate your heart and strength, and work hard in one direction with everyone's strengths. Under the guidance of this underlying logic, a real management team must be formed to promote reasonable systems and processes, and under the guidance of corporate strategy, a joint force must be formed. Promote the implementation of strategic goals and the healthy development of the enterprise.

The award ceremony is of course not to be missed! Fuletong commended outstanding individuals in the first and second quarters, as well as employees who have joined the company for an anniversary and newcomers who have broken through zero performance, for their hard work and outstanding achievements. These honors are not only an affirmation of their personal achievements, but also an encouragement and inspiration to all employees. We believe that under the guidance of excellent role models, we will work together to create a more brilliant tomorrow.

Establishing corporate cultural confidence is also an important part of the first half of the year summary. For this reason, all employees also received MBTI training.

MBTI, the full name of "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator", is a personality classification system. It was jointly developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers. MBTI divides personality into 16 types, each with its own unique characteristics and behavior patterns. These types are composed of four dimensions, each of which has two opposing tendencies. Through the MBTI test, managers can adopt appropriate management methods based on the personality types of employees, improve team performance and job satisfaction, help team members understand each other's personality traits, strengths and potential blind spots, promote communication and understanding, and enhance team cohesion. Through this training, all employees can fully understand their own strengths, know each other truly, achieve excellence, and become the best of us.
